Assessment
Why: Assessment provides the focus and kick starts the energy required to
effectively resolve entrenched problems within or between organizations.
Assessment helps you develop straightforward common sense steps to both
deal with problems and move forward towards goals.
What:
An expert third party combines perspectives from all stakeholders and
recommends process options aimed at assisting parties to communicate and
co-operate in ways that best meet everyone's interests.
How: An initial interview is done with the person who brings in Clear Resolve. The facilitator then helps develop a communication plan to get the
key stakeholders involved. The initial communications also begin to distribute ownership of the initiative to all those involved. Access to key individuals is ensured such that impact on
people's schedules is minimized. The facilitator ensures that spaces and times for interviews are comfortable for participants, and encourage communication.
Assessment report
The assessment report compiles, organizes and interprets information from all interviews (strictly respecting confidentiality). Next steps are recommended including the appropriate combination of skills building, dialogue processes,
consensus processes, facilitation and mediation.
