Clear Resolve :: building relationship

Robert Pidgeon is the founder and director of Clear Resolve Conflict Management Services. He is fundamentally committed to the goal of helping individuals and organizations to build relationships and deal with conflict constructively.

Robert has extensive training in third party neutral services including a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Management with Royal Roads University. He has over 14 years experience working successfully with individuals, groups and organizations in the areas of facilitation, team building and conflict management.

He created the first third party neutral role for improving labour relations between a Canadian telecom company and it's largest union. He revitalized and managed a community mediation program serving Mississauga and Brampton Ontario. He has worked with community service organizations to help them more successfully connect with their communities. He has assisted Government departments in overcoming entrenched conflicts. In addition he regularly volunteers his time to mediate neighbourhood conflicts and assist with community justice programs in his local community.

Robert is an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University in their Conflict Analysis and Management Graduate program, and regularly coaches beginner mediators at York University.
